We are looking for: Awareness Team Members/Awareness Night Coordinators x/f/m (Part-time)
Responsibility:
- Giving a warm welcome to guests of KABUL and informing guests about the
awareness team.
- Ensuring guests’ social safety by walking around and being approachable and friendly.
- As part of the awareness team, you will come across situations involving (sexual) harassment, substance abuse, and cases of hateful behavior (e.g., discrimination, racism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, fat-phobia). For this, we apply harm reduction methods. You will be trained for this
- Carrying out the house rules of Kabul à GoGo, such as the no-photo/video policy, by actively warning and informing guests about this.
- Staying calm and handling conflicts in a de-escalating way.
- Answering questions from guests and redirecting them to the right person.
- Communicating and collaborating with other staff members, especially the other Awareness team members and security during the night.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere at the events.
- Please keep in mind that this job requires long periods of standing and walking and has a possible impact on you mentally.

PRE: you have worked in an awareness team before, as doorhost, coördinator or member
PRE: you have a bvh or ehbo certificate
